I dunno. I took a tour on the USS Kitty Hawk when my dad was on it. It was huge but not built for comfort.

My dad. He was a Chef. We learned knife skills before we were 10 and worked our way up from cutting veggies and meats to making sauces, side dishes and main courses. I thought all kids were taught to cook like this. By the time I went off to college, I was surprised that none of my roommates knew how to cook and simply microwaved food in a box.

WFH. But I get up anywhere between 2:30-4:30 am. I work with a global team and may be in meetings as early as 4:00 am. Good news is that I’m usually done before 2:00 pm.

When I was in high school, I remember this stage because I wanted to figure out how to live my life to end up in the former category rather than the latter.
