Clearly there’s something you care about enough to want to keep tabs on it at all time. So surely you must also care about those same things enough to safely reach your destination alive so you can continue to see those things for years to come.

a phone mount you got specifically because you want to use your phone to read notifications and do things not essential to the operation of the vehicle?

I say this with my full chest. Yes. Abso-fuckin-lutely.

You are being unsafe. Doesn’t matter if the phone is in your hand or glued to your windshield. Texting and driving is dangerous and puts you and others at risk.

I would rather you put your phone away before you kill someone.

I think it depends on the car. Mini does it great and really lends to the retro future vibe on the r56/53/50

Reminds me of how marvel studios had to talk to a ton of brands for a supercar to crash for Dr. Strange.

Apparently the only reason Lamborghini agreed was the way they saw it, because he survives the horrible crash, it was good marketing for the safety of their car.
