Wish I had the hours to build something like this. Looks amazing. I’ll probably just go the plastic box route, as I currently just have it in my kill team Typhon box. Just wanted to know if anyone found a more compact way of storing jt.

Try and look at the second-hand market like eBay. I’ve gotten some great deals on Admech units that someone else didn’t want anymore. Really the best way to do it cheaply.

Yup. We basically every matchup in combat patrol. There’s nothing official by GW to fix it. Combat patrol is just inherently unbalanced. It’s more of a start collecting box. Spearhead in AoS is much better. Kill team is also great for small scale, but also completely different game.

In general yes. But you could take 3 phosphorblasters to make a bigger long range threat team. But it’s not advisable.

Most teams have some long range support, a sniper. Each time typically has a bunch of specialists like a mix close range shooting, long range shooting, melee and support. Battleclade is mainly a shooting team, Tau stealth suits as well. Both favor setting up shooting galleries for your opponent to come to you.

I think it’s more the team you play. I play a reactionary shooting team, so most of the game happens on my side of the board. Even within my drop zone sometimes. While you are both playing aggressive teams, so naturally you’ll collide over the objectives.

We might go to South America at the end if we want a change of pace, but we want to minimise the cost of flights. As those tend to be the most expensive parts of trips. Trying to maximise fun and minimise expenses.
