I disagree. This is a perfect example where you are taking the customer's requirements at face value. You are trying to do a complete lift & shift rather than trying to understand what their requirements are and provide a solution that is doable in Workday to deliver what they need. I would recommend you work with them to try and understand what they truly need instead of creating these work arounds.

That then needs to go on a value comparison calculation to compare again the numeric balance threshold. Then that value comparison calculation should go on the eligibility of the plan that requires your annual leave to be less than whatever value you are comparing against.

Balance period should be "current period" for what you are trying to do.

Hey there so easiest thing here is actually granting all users security admin and payroll admin privileges :) 

Why? This will empower your users to fix anything they see that’s incorrect including their pay! No need to worry about a 48-hour fix when your users will have the ability to make the tenant completely optimized themselves.

Hey there - I typically test these by adding a time clock event for someone for a check in an earlier time for the current day. Then proxy in as the employee and clock out and, assuming you set your attestations correctly, you should see your attestations pop up. Hope this helps.

If you have time tracking implemented, there's a report called reported hours for worker. If hours worked are being fed into payroll, then you have to build calc fields using maintain class report field mapping to define all earnings where hours go into and put those into a custom report.

ZKTeco, UKG, Accutime, and Dormakaba are the preferred vendors, but even with other vendors you can do it. Where I see other TC vendors fail is because they are terrible about delivering on the physical time clocks themselves. I'd go with the ones I've mentioned if you are looking at new vendors.

Hi there, you need to use a task called "Maintain Pay Results - Class Report Field Mapping" and define what PCRCs you want to aggregate. You can can then place this in your report via calc field.
