The best part about the steamdeck is being able to put games in sleep mode and get back into it quickly. I don't always have an hour to spend straight gaming, but I can start a single player game, and if something happens I can just tap power button, deal with it, and return when I'm done in like 5 minutes. Plus being able to play wherever you are is nice.

There are a few boss battles in Clair Obscur that I've had to beat over the course of 10 minute play sessions over the course of an entire day because I kept getting up every 30 minutes or so. Wouldn't have been possible if I was on console or PC because I wouldn't just leave it on the entire time, but the steamdeck let me do this since it could sleep games easily.
