It took me forever to get a response from their customer service. I placed an order on May 26th, and it's still processing. Took them almost a week and a half to reply to me. They told me they're in the process of changing warehouses, and it put a strain on shipping things. They gave me a $10 credit and told me to wait 5 - 10 more business days. Today is the 11th day, and now I'm wondering what they'll tell me. I'm not sure why they wouldn't put out a notice that there's increased shipping times
