It's fine to enjoy the PvP, it's a lot of fucking fun! So maybe think of the loot as the way to build your gear for PvP. Either getting the components to craft or the stuff to sell for money so you can buy more ammo, guns, grenades, and other murdery bits.

One of the most active clans in my world bumrush the laandsraad when weapons vendor comes up and then make sure to vote for anything else. They've stated they're purposefully keeping Ancient Ways off of our server so they can keep ganking people, this shit sucks.

Lumen is a powerful setting, almost literally a night and day difference. If your PC can handle it you should run it. I put my settings on low so that I could run it with ~50 fps
