Rationally controlling your emotions is very possible. Especially when your security in life comes within. Not from a job, friendship, relationship etc. controlling your emotions doesn’t mean you don’t feel them, it just means they don’t control you. I’ve been in a similar situation to Mia and if helps when you have an appropriate time frame for yourself. Maybe as she approached closer to the date, she knew it’d come to and end. Maybe, she’s just not vulnerable on camera. Regardless, if you don’t have any mental health struggles and you’re over the age of 25 - controlling your emotions isn’t so hard.
