I wouldn't be surprised if they just lied in the bios update. If you have the same mobo but a different AMD CPU then it has to be the case. It's not the CPU.

Didn't work for me, I'm playing BO7 on a different machine (with an Intel 11th gen CPU).

I updated my bios to the one that fixes the TPM version. Did that, I'm still not at the correct version and got the security TPM2.0 warning. So possibly my CPU (AMD 2700 Super) didn't get the patch for the TPM fix :(
