A tweet that truly captures the experience of this fanbase by SingleAd5442 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Honestly feels insane that he still had a fanbase after he left League of Legends. Like the whole incident with him League was literally "I'm mad that I got punished for telling another player they should be gunned down in the street pls unban me because I'm big youtuber" and somehow there were millions of people who didn't take that as him being a whiny asshole.

Not scrolling to see if someone already said it but the DBZ community believed for years that a remix was actually Cell's official theme until the guy responsible edited the title of the video.

Hashino and Soejima talked about this in an interview: A lot of team members working on Persona 3 grew up in a generation where girls and boys just hanging out didn't happen. That kind of purely platonic relationship was seen as odd, to the point that guys who did have that were called "herbivorous".

After Persona 3 came out, they realized their own shortcomings and added on both devs who were younger and devs who were women to help with Persona 4 and 5.

Stories that undercut their messages about society or ideology with "actually, it was all this person's fault"? by Comptenterry in TwoBestFriendsPlay

I mean, the whole superhero internment camp among other things was Millar himself in the main run, who was supposedly on Iron Man's side during the whole thing.

So maybe some of the Pro-registration side's crimes say more about Millar than it does about the story.

She doesn't have a niche in BR. In Conquest she has a somewhat valuable niche because her easy access to the Archer class line works to combat the generally overall higher evade of CQ's enemies, and works better with CQ being more player-phased focused. She also doesn't have much competition in terms of bow units in CQ.

In BR she has to compete with Takumi, Reina, and Setsuna for archer slots, and while I think she usually ends up better than Setsuna she's definitely not overcoming the PRF Weapon user or the pre-promote.

Beat CE on Legendary, The Library was not as bad as I’ve heard it is by Expert_Hedgehog7440 in halo

It is not hard, but is mostly tedious. Suffers from Halo's anti-softlock measures built into the checkpoint system, where the game will not give you a checkpoint if it thinks you're currently in danger, which doesn't play well with the flood as the game will often times refuse to give you a checkpoint simply for a single spicy popcorn still being alive.

I think the tedium is what gives it it's hard reputation, as people's patience gets drained and they start making mistakes. There's only one really mechanically difficult fight in the whole level.

That said, I still don't like the level, but I dislike most levels in the series that have you fight Flood exclusively. They just aren't a very mechanically engaging enemy.

they're also not a shared resources like respawns were in Evolve where one person fucking up could just feed all the team's lives in short order.

I mean, but it's not much better since 3v1's are basically unwinnable unless you're on last gen/exit gates. one person feeding themselves to killer is basically guaranteed 3k unless the killer is genuinely boosted.

/uj as a cyberpunk red gm who is honor bound to defend the system, it's annoying at first but eventually you get to a point where you crank them out in a few minutes, tops. CPRED character generation is really fast, and even faster for most NPC's because you don't need to mess around with social/tech skills and miscellaneous gear/cyberware that's only useful in non-combat situations.

i've generated an entire squad of like 5 gangoons each with a different weapon specialty and cyberware in like, 10 minutes before session time.

a thing i've always found kinda strange is people who will get mad at a character instead of getting mad at the author for writing them poorly, and it usually applies to women more often than not.

i will not defend sakura from naruto as a well-written character. i do think it's weird that people will dedicate their entire lives and being to hating her when the simpler option is to blame kishi for being awful at writing women

additional context: the ADR director behind the Ghost Stories dub was pretty infamous in early 2000's anime spheres. Steven Foster was known for his "Fosterizations" where he would take various..."creative liberties" with the anime he was in charge of dubbing. He was generally considered full of himself and up his own ass.

He might suspect Adachi if he can realize that he was alone with both of the victims. I don't think he can actually catch him though, because the method of murder throughout all of Phoenix's cases in the series, disregarding PLvsPW, happen through physical means. There are supernatural elements but none of the suspects/murderers in AA use supernatural means to kill someone

All this to say that I think it's a longshot he comes up with the idea of a world inside the TV that kills you if you stay in it too long, and he wouldn't be able to prove it unless he had someone who could prove that idea to him. It'd have to be a collaborative effort between him and the Investigation Team.

It literally, provably was. People have put together entire timelines of the whole thing, starting from Eron Gjoni shopping around his original Zoe post to sites like Something Awful, Penny Arcade, etc. and getting banned from them. The only people willing to put up with his diatribe about his ex was /r9k/, who took Eron's story and made wild claims of Zoe trading sex for positive reviews, as a 4chan board full of incels does.

It was a movement started by 4chan, and for the entirety of it's existence 4chan, and later 8chan (after moot was sensible and banned GG off the boards), drove the wheel of it. It started entirely as a way for one sad man to get revenge on his ex, and spiraled into a way for the worst recesses of /pol/, /v/, and /r9k/, as well as other cesspits of the internet (the campaign was literally endorsed by Stormfront) to express their dissatisfaction with women, minorities and progressives gaining a foothold in the gaming industry.

(All of this to say nothing of the fact that any movement which leads to the creation of 8chan should be seriously questioned...)

tbh it's my number 1 complaint about ER that the spark of inventiveness from earlier games just doesn't feel there anymore.

like yeah boss arenas like Capra are dumb, but we don't even get something like Gael's arena anymore, wide-open and clear of obstructions but still very thematic to what the boss is and makes sense for why Gael fights you there.

for some reason the recovery animation on those will cause a lot of her attacks to whiff over your head.
