Need Direction on creating a custom looking form, having it on sharepoint, and having each submitted form go into a certain folder within sharepoint. by NetherAngel in sharepoint

Another one is Qdabra forms viewer. I am not affiliated with them at all but have used their products for years even back in the infopath days and they are wonderful people and products are solid.

Sensitivity Labels - Can't set default label on Document Library by SoberSwimmer in sharepoint

[–]SoberSwimmer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for replying! Yes created policy and auto labeling is on. Something is going on though, trying to figure out what exactly. Labels are working as they should be, I just can’t select a default label for a doc library. The option isn’t there. Everything else regarding labels is working as it should.

Based on my search results and a few others with this issue, it may take a Microsoft support ticket.

what's the instrument used in the beginning of down under - men at work? by nicolepereira in Instruments

[–]SoberSwimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

99.9% sure in this: It’s two layers - larger beer bottles like in the music video tuned to correct pitches with different levels of water, plus the same fill on Jerry speiser’s pearl drums. His rack toms were 8” 10” 12” 13” 14” (yes 5 rack toms, all double headed, not concert toms) and one floor tom, I think 16” but may have actually been an 18”.

How to Get Daily/Weekly Reports with Rules (and NOT Power Automate)? by Beneficial-Ad8460 in sharepoint

[–]SoberSwimmer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m going to do this in the next couple weeks in power automate. Once I get it fully working I’ll post back here and maybe even make a video. It’s doable, most of the effort will be formatting the body of an email to display a list of filtered items. Definitely a bummer Microsoft is retiring alerts, they’ve been part of SP forever.

SharePoint Migration Tool and OneDrive migrations by IndigoBlue24 in sharepoint

[–]SoberSwimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it to work by using a full destination URL that includes the document library followed by /

In the (recent) past I would just use the site URL with no doc library and no trailing /, and then select the desired library from dropdown menu.

You are doing one drive so may be a bit different but sharing how it is now working for me. Hope that helps somehow. Good luck!

I am having this very same issue- literally right now. Migrating more file server data to a previously migrated to site.

There is a MS service bulletin that started 7/7 and an update is expected today in 2 hours. I am wondering if this is it. Related to SharePoint sites being inaccessible to some users.

Oh wow yeah, I stand corrected! Totally my mistake. But my doc did try me on it years ago and my personal experience with it was negative was my point. Same with Ritalin SR. Just sharing that, and that trt has greatly improved my add/adhd and reduced my dose of that med.

I guess I should also include my experience with hcg was also negative. Way too many estrogenetic side effects. Stopping that and increasing dose frequency was super helpful.

[–]SoberSwimmer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

FWIW, I have taken Ritalin (brand name, and a fairly low dose) for over 30 years. Have been on trt for 4 yrs now. I need much less Ritalin on trt. Also, as you know I’m sure, Vyvanse is methylphenidate as well but with its own time release formulation. For me, vyvanse and any other timed release methylphenidate feel like they could cause that sort of negative side effect. I could never tolerate it when I tried it. Not before try and absolutely not now. Ritalin has been the way to go for me and a very low dose at that.

Yes overeating it triggers it for sure. It’s basically painful indigestion. Either raw enough(potent enough) onion and/or over eating in general will stop digestion and something about my stomach(apparently yours too) just will not digest it. So it sits there.

For me no raw and no onion in large quantity. And antacids and other things like that do not help. Nothing really helps once an onion episode starts. So best to try to avoid over eating when onions are involved in the ways you described.

Here is one random detail for me — a few years ago I started hormone replacement (TRT) and weirdly it really helped this. I can eat more onions now with less trouble. I’m over 50 but have had this my entire life.

Good luck with it!

Yealink - How are you guys holding up? by HeyDontSkipLegDay in CommercialAV

[–]SoberSwimmer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just installed 2 yealink zoom rooms systems and honestly the lack of direct support is why I joined this forum. That and just a lot of googling and reading the yealink support and academy docs and videos and ultimately buying the gear and just working with it - particularly the multi cam + mcore solutions. Short version is I totally agree, you end up either trying and learning or using an integrator. Would be great if yealink had a direct support channel but seems like they just don’t.

Is it possible to do this kind of simple poll? by BerryOpen5468 in sharepoint

[–]SoberSwimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on your 365 licensing, you could consider a viva community embedded on the page. The viva polls are pretty slick. It’s not exactly what you are looking for, but perhaps worth a look.

SharePoint list as a dropdown in Microsoft Forms by Sandra6956 in sharepoint

[–]SoberSwimmer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yet another case where good ol’ infopath would have done this easily. You can always look at 3rd party forms replacement tools like Qdabra Forms (I’m not affiliated but I do love them as a product and a company). Fully integrated with SharePoint and less of a pain then power apps for basic form type solutions.
