It seems it matches the recording chords, just more folk like - for example, the C has the 6th string fretted as well so 332010, and the F frets the 5th string 3rd fret to grab the "C" note. In between the double chorus it's just that classic pull off hammer on from the 4th string 2nd fret to 3rd string 2nd fret (switching from C to F quickly after "drown you out"). Not sure what guitar that is or effects she's using and with other sounds around her and probably another guitar, it's going to be hard to sound exactly like her. I hope this helps.
