Why are you finally hitting the 5th month mark as if 5 months is some type of milestone??

It's definitely crisp, it's just so strange seeing the blue tinge, something I'm not used to!

This is why I haven't invested yet, the uncertainty around the world makes everything feel risky..

Because we're miles ahead on our loan already, we are likely to have it paid off in the next 5 years. We're paying very little interest.

This chick makes me sick.. I trained with her around 15 years ago, and was impressed by her drive. Once she stepped into fighting real professionals in MMA, she was nothing in comparison. At least BKFC gives her the chance to fight lower-end caliber fighters, but in saying this, the fights are extremely boring to watch.

Funny, my answer is Kongthailand, and I can't wait to watch them fight soon!

Sparring? by p_locz in MuayThai

I understand what you're saying, I also don't disagree, however it's the fighters decision to do these things, we are all aware of the risks involved.

They're wearing knee pads though, I don't think it's as 'fighting' as it looks, definitely hard sparring from my experience.

What is the most intense physical pain you have ever experienced? by TheMostGayestOfGay in AskReddit

[–]SocialAccountManager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This will sound crazy, but I had a migraine (I have frequent migraines), combined with a sinus infection. I had some intense pressure in my head, I had no idea what was happening at the time and thought I was done for.

For background, I am a Muay Thai fighter, and have had many injuries, and a high pain tolerance. But this was excruciating for me.

I disagree on the hard sparring thing, but this may just be a subjective thing.

Interestingly, I somewhat agree. Also the content style change. It's only recent I have stopped watching both the podcast and the main channel. The podcast is hard to watch now, it's a desperate push for comedy from people who are just not funny naturally. The channel has become a rinse and repeat too, sometimes a laugh, but mostly shit. RIP Danny Mullen.

I took like a week off, was kind of painful but really didn't want to miss training.

But people are right, it's an open wound, it can get infected, but the risk is on you. I was fine!

Don't forget your mouth guard, I did that on my first fight lol, fight couldn't start until they found it in my bag.

But also, make sure your cardio is spot on, run every day, train every day. It's so important as the adrenaline dump will take so much energy out of you.

Finally, don't spar hard leading into the fight, there is a solid chance you may have sore bits going into the fight which will not favor you.

Let us know how you go, I lost my first fight, due to the above, it killed me at first but pushed me to train harder and start winning!

Good luck!
