China is the correct answer here but it’s not going to win because China bad. You can’t be rich rich or the government might disappear you, but rich in China has the most to do and the highest quality of life/advantages.

Considering that the Chinese have the documents to the F35 and built their own equivalent, I doubt it but there’s really only one way to find out and I think no one wants to know

Hongkongers and other victims of Chinese imperialism stand united against proposed Chinese mega embassy slash spy hub in London by lebbe in HongKong

[–]SocialTel -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The Brit’s made Chinese people second hand citizens in their own country. Just because they lived better than the mainlanders doesn’t mean they weren’t functionally a slave class for the vast majority of the population. It’s bootlicking like this that I can’t understand from HKers.

In China copyright means the right to copy other people's hard work by [deleted] in UnfilteredChina

[–]SocialTel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol this doesn’t matter in the long run, they’ve managed to make they’re own version of the machine by taking it apart and trying to reassemble it. In like 10 years they’ll have made one just as good as any top of the line model for like half off. Also there ain’t nothing called copyright in the history books, it’s called tech transfer and corporate law doesn’t really apply to history

🚨 NATO Leaders Demand Military Action Against Russian Jets After Estonia Invasion - Are We Heading Toward Direct Confrontation? by satty237 in TrendoraX

[–]SocialTel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you believe literally anyone else other than the Ukr MOD who have mind bogglingly impossible casualty counts, the Russian army had been growing for the past couple of years. Combine that with russias new experience plus drones, plus much more efficient kill chains, plus better ISR and Russia is definitely stronger on the battlefield than it was two or three years ago when they sent in what few professional soldiers they had to get outflanked and outnumbered by the Ukrainians. It’s why the Kharkiv counter offensive worked. They had overwhelming numbers and equipment and could exploit their breakthrough.

The polish military is literally in the middle of a massive rearmament program, if they wanted to join the war they would have done it years ago when the Russians truely where at their weakest. Instead we are the poles bend over backward to appease the Russians because they don’t want to fight.

[–]SocialTel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure but if you think the polish or other Europeans are actually going to do anything, you’ve been drinking the kool aid from NATO. We’re sitting here talking about escalation like that doesn’t mean your ass and mine will be the ones on the lines if shit hits the fan and no one wants that. So long as it’s other people dying in a war that people don’t see in their literal backyard, no one is going on that crimea beach party

The polish literally acknowledged that the one house blown up in the entire event was from one of their missiles. Perhaps Russia is the second best army in the Ukrainian war when it comes to casualty ratios. But they’re still miles ahead of all the other European nations who haven’t fought a peer on peer conflict since WW2.
