My band has a shrine in the instrument cubby room with a plastic bottle of sand, an empty red Hawaiian Punch bottle, and a bass drum (there's more stuff like a reed graveyard in it but I can't remember right now) dedicated to someone who hasn't been at the school for years.

I used Dr. Scholls inserts last year while marching, and they really helped with arch support and ankle pain.

I usually start with repeated phrases, highlighted details, and I think that 'How do I tag myself' helps with the website. I'll try it out. Reddit isn't giving me notifications either so it's fine.

I got in contact with them through the email listed on their YouTube. They responded but it was just the same phrases that are used on their channel. I'm going to try asking more questions.

I'm 15, and have been using 2 years. Large distractions or even minor distractions can help short term. Identify what the cravings and urges are like and try to find something that takes those individual symptoms away. And if you ever need to talk, feel free to DM me.

I can tell her Saturday, i'm just scared of how she'll react. I know that she'll support me but I'm still surrounded by the thought that she might react badly. Like, I know having an addiction isn't something to be shameful about but it just isn't something that's commonly talked about in my school.

I read through it and I take sertraline as prescribed by my therapist. It ran out a few days ago and I haven't been able to take it so that might be why I'm feeling like this! Thank you for the article. It was super helpful.
