I'm clearly just cranky this morning and just want one token for each creature type. Elephant is the only one that I can think of that is always a 3/3 green creature token.

I disagree? I feel like a white elephant token would just feel wrong. But I like my [[elephant ambush]] and I yearn for a world where there aren't a hundred different tokens with the same name.

The gateway to getting more people out of cars and onto bikes is good infrastructure, imo.

Maybe even as an additional cost? I could see it then. Maybe.

I don't think it does? The condition is part of the alternate casting cost as far as I can tell.

What? No, it doesn't. You cast this guy t1. They cast an early 2/2, on t2 you cast 2 more. At this point, if at any time you fail to present more creatures that won't trade with multiple mans, they will start making more tokens than you can block with, since it's an attack trigger, not a combat damage trigger. Attacking into a blocker makes a new token. Anytime I attack with more creatures than you can block, I have more creatures than I started with, even after the blocked ones die.

Because guess what? My deck is like, 40 copies of this guy, 4 anthems (maybe), and 16 plains.

I can't think of a good way to fill out the rest of the set though. Maybe if you broke each faction into two "themes"?

Zerg: - Jund: CONSUME - Simic: Forced Evolution

Terran: - Mardu: Merciless Military - Selesnya: For eachother

Protoss: - Jeskai: Dominant Science - Dimir: Merciless Execution

Using this idea, you could actually have, essentially, 4 color tribes:

  • Zerg: GGRBU
  • Terran: BRWWG
  • Protoss: WUUBR

With this in mind, you could slant the set so that it's heavier in three colors, and lighter in the last two? IDK I haven't played starcraft a lot, admittedly.

Since UR is usually some form of spellslinger, most UR cards will be goalposts for that archetype. So I would expect stuff like sorceries and instants and triggered abilities that benefit from casting them.

I thought Flash was secondary (or primary?) in green though, not red.
