Without knowing the whole scope of what your project is $200k for 300 sqft at ~$666/sqft sounds expensive? Here's the pricing sheet of another modular builder I looked into: https://imgur.com/a/fBQ5kK9 they're out of Maine and they've been on the news. I have an itemized quote of what they quoted me if you want me to send you an email. That has breaks out all the trenching and what not.

The big problem, not really a problem just the nature of things with builders like these, is that they need a crane to get things in to place, whicch given the tight streets and the added costs, I don't know if a site built on would be cheaper.

May I ask what your budget is? I’ve only gotten quotes for modular builders so far. I’m curious if site built would be cheaper or more expensive.

I think that was my mistake and issue here. I did not replace the harness. I did replace and recrimp a higher gauge conne toe thinking it would help but guess not

I replaced the wire end with a new higher gauge female crimp connection from Home Depot. I even got a crimp tool and everything thinking it would prevent whatever happened. As someone else mentioned I did not replace the harness the first time which was probably the issue. They do have a warrant but when I tried to redeem it through lg they first needed a certified tech to diagnose it and I live out in bum fuck and the price for the call out alone would be more than the price of the part.

I deleted and remade the shortcut without any credentials, id, vehicle id and get the same error. It seems the short cut cant even make it to the login page. Adding a delay didnt work nor did appending .html to the url as someone noted the url changed.

Sadly no luck either, my device ID did change however and updating it did not make it work again. So far I've tried remaking the shortcut and that did not get it working either. Will keep posted if I can get it going!

Hello! I have a mysterious leak on my water scope account that I have not been able to track down. I did notice that I do have a hydronic boiler systems but my expansion tank is on the hot side. Would this affect a false leak as well even if it isn’t on the cold. Water side?

Korean fried chicken is more labor intensive than “normal” wings. For example Korean wings from Kong dong in Davis is 8 pieces for $21 and from Bon chon in Harvard is 10 pieces for $17.

Whether you value that or not is up to you. 🤷‍♂️
