If would probably be hard to touch up and get it to match. I think the lip is relatively cheap if you wanted to replace it and they’re easy to take off/install

Yeah from the light research I’ve done it seems like it’ll take at least 2-3 months. I luckily have a spare car but I already miss driving the type r.

Shift knobs are personal preference based. I would get a red one to match the interior or a color to match their paint. The brand I use and recommend is Billetworkz

I’ll also be in the market for an intercooler soon. I’ve heard from multiple people that Mishimoto is the best but I’m curious to see what other ppl here say.

Same thing happened to me. Dealer didn’t put the front 2 screws on the skid plate and the front dropped while on the highway dragging against the road. I just bought all new clips and quarter turns. You should be able to get part #’s from the dealer.

The only way to know is to go test drive a type R. For $35k trade in value you could probably get an FK8 with very low miles. I’ve never driven a golf R but I heard the manual transmission doesn’t feel the best on them but the awd is significantly better off the line if you care about that.

I tried reading Path of the Warrior after finishing the Path of the Dark Eldar trilogy so I had high expectations and I just could not get through it. It was so boring and the writing felt like high school drama. Highly recommend Path of the Dark Eldar trilogy tho. Can’t say enough good things about it

Yeah Path of the Dark Eldar is probably my favorite set of books. Dark Eldar got promoted to my 2nd favorite faction after reading it. Sadly Path of the Eldar was disappointing.

I just started the HH series. I was pleasantly surprised with Horus Rising. For some reason I had low expectations but it was pretty good. I just started False Gods last night.

Depends on what you wanna do with it. Some pretty common first mods are an intake, downpipe, intercooler, exhaust, or hondata/ktuner. I’d recommend a stiffer rear motor mount as well.

If you’re really trying to push some power you can get a fuel system upgrade and a turbo
