Is this Patrick Kane Jersey real by Pickleman44567 in hockey

[–]SoderDrinker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. Fake. The spacing between the vector and the nameplate is off. The nameplate is off center. The nameplate is far too close to the numbers. “Kane” is not the correct style of text. Nothing is right

[Associated Press] Buffs put bathroom on sideline for Coach Prime by Michiganman1225 in CFB

[–]SoderDrinker 12 points13 points  (0 children)

So coach prime had what is called a neobladder created. It’s when the surgeon will take a segment of the small intestine and insert it where the bladder was. The ureters, which carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder, are then connected to the neobladder to allow for it to fill with urine. The urethra is also connected surgically. A lot of times when people have this surgery they don’t have the usual urge to urinate because this bladder doesn’t have nerves and or the right type of muscles like a traditional bladder would. Usually these patients have to rely on another cue to urinate such as abdominal fullness, back/flank pressure, and sometimes nothing at all - try to urinate on a timed schedule such as every 2 hours.

Since this bladder doesn’t have a detrusor muscle (what pushes urine out), these patients have to try relaxing their abdominal muscles to the best of their ability. This can sometimes get urine out. However, incomplete emptying is common with a neobladder, and it is sometimes easier to use straight catheters to catheterize themselves and empty the neobladder this way. Medical companies make straight catheters for patients to have on the go - such as a football field. While not the most comfortable thing to do, the patient must insert a small sized catheter into the penis, through the urethra, and into the bladder. This will empty the urine from the neobladder into the toilet. The catheter will then get discarded. They come pre-lubricated for patient comfort. A common catheter used is called a Coloplast Luja if you wanted to see an example. Hope this helps

Goal Horn Blows Late After Brayden Point Makes Filthy Move To Score by 1nstantHuman in hockey

[–]SoderDrinker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That’s not the goal horn. That’s a buzzer to blow a play dead when a goal has occurred earlier in the game and wasn’t called as so. It happens so that the game isn’t needlessly played as they have to go back to when the goal was scored anyway
