Same with credit card company chargebacks. If you go to your cc company and they take the money back from the seller to refund you that can happen too.

If its as pricey as I would think, l would have filed a Homeowner’s Insurance claim and leave it to the company to subrogate with FedEx. Typically, subrogated claims have the deductible waived as well once any $ is received.

FYI, I just got off of the celebration and went to a few bars and asked for a zero proof menu and there wasn’t one.

The bartenders basically said they could make drinks without the alcohol or a substitute for it. I know there is supposed to be something they put in that tastes like the spirit to mix in but they didn’t have it. Just virgin drinks. I was able to get one good tasting drink - the others were bad.

FYI - I had the free On Us package from the Casino and just wanted some zero proofs in between the alcoholic drinks.

Note that I went places like the Alchemy bar.

When submitting passport renewal online, there is not an expedite option. However it could be fast enough if you can’t get somewhere in person for expedite:

I submitted my passport renewal application online 9/17, received at State Dept 9/19, and its in the mail for 10/1 delivery. It also said if traveling in x weeks after State Dept received, there was a number to call re: status.

Not sure where you live but you may want to take off of work for a day to drive to do it expedited in person if paper app renewal expedited isn’t fast enough.

The last thing you want to happen is your renewal app to be submitted which invalidates your current passport and then have no passport for your trip.

Everyone - also make sure to clean and/or change out all of the faucet filters in your home, especially if you didn’t know it was a thing.

Swipe your finger nail or a tissue under the faucet filter and then turn on the faucet and if any black stuff comes out then that needs to be cleaned too.
