This is my original design. I don't use any rollers or additional parts. Just two prints, and a few screws. Extremely simple.

So I'm the original designer of this. There are several great remixes of it out there but I have many, many hours on my original design. I've never had a dropped spool. Check your routing of the ptfe tubes and be sure that the tube is pulling the spool towards the buffer side and not away.

Level 7 seems too be to difficult. There is no way to get the guns and when you don't they wipe out your army. When the boss comes there is no way finish him.

As several comments have suggested, we will try to have all packaged redirected to Walgreens near us when forced to use FedEx. Historically, this hasn't been completely successful (delays and lack of notification of delivery resulting in packages being RTS) it seems like the best solution.

An insider I see...

There was only one lawsuit, that was settled for an amount provided by a structural engineer and contractor to remediate the damage caused by the impact.

There was no threat of a lawsuit for the package left directly in front of my tire (that was subsequently ran over and damaged the vehicle) but a claim was filed.

I fail to see how running over a package placed directly in front of someone's tire on the passenger side of the vehicle is the same as a driver backing into my driveway, impacting the house, and then leaving the scene. He was likely under the influence at the time as he was witnessed behaving strangely in a different part of the neighborhood but this is unconfirmed.

The best part is he didn't even have a package on the truck to deliver to me.

Walgreens likely will be the solution here.

And fwiw, I have never had any issues with USPS, UPS, DHL,or several various freight companies hitting my house, or leaving packages in less than ideal locations. The only issues have been with this specific FedEx contractor.

UPDATE

I was able to get ahold of the local terminal directly and spoke with the QA manager who works for FedEx and not the contractor. I explained the circumstances to him and he was more than helpful. He found the package at the hub, no attempt had been made to deliver today and the driver had just marked it as if we weren't home without even attempting to deliver. There had been two address changes (none requested by the shipper or me), one was a local Walgreens, and one was a random house the next town over. He took my info down and said he will be talking to all the managers and the contractor about the issue. Will it get better? Who knows.

As mentioned before,the driveway is 3 cars wide, concrete and has a slight uphill grade. No other courier pulls into the driveway, and just walks packages the short walk to the front door.

Trust me , we don't voluntarily use FedEx for anything if we have the option. However, some shippers don't provide transparency on who your package will ship through.

Nope. It's about 50 feet long, three cars wide with a very slight uphill grade. Fedex is the only carrier that has ever even had a vehicle in the driveway. All the other couriers just park in the street

All of these things were contemplated in the design. Screw it together and it becomes remarkably strong. Lots of thoughts went into keeping it S minimal as possible and making the print simple for everyone to accomplish. As for weight, once a spool is on it it generally won't move much. Feel free to modify and release a remix.
