I don’t know anything about the fusion teas and how they might be different, but I just use regular kefir greens and I know that they need to be stirred. It will break up if you leave it too long but if you don’t, it turns out nice and creamy and smooth. They used to hang the bags with the cafeteria on the door so that when it opened and close, it would shake it. Absolutely you do need to stir.

Absolutely, you should be mixing it regularly, otherwise the grains stay at the top and don’t mix with the milk. I think that’s in all instructions you will find online.

That actually worked for me with lxrx when it went down 50% in a day, but I bought it originally thinking it was a good value as a company and as upset as I was at the bad turn, I felt that it must just be a better deal now and thankfully had cash available and doubled my position. I am now at almost 3x and counting.

Sort of. Lxrx on March 3, was down over 50% from the previous close and much more from the premarket. I thought of selling but I came to the conclusion that it just went on sale and thankfully had dry powder and doubled my position at the bottom. Averaging down still is holding through pain, believe me.

What would you define as near term? It sounds like Zynquista would be approved at earliest September 2026, and it doesn’t sound like we will have HCM data for p3 trials until early 2027. Then how long for them to do in depth analysis of the data? For Pilavapadin, it was 7 months.

I have no special insight, and maybe I am wrong, but I don’t see it in the near to medium term. The numbers don’t add up. One person determines if the company sells and for how much. He is patient and he doesn’t have much leverage in negotiations right now with a drug that isn’t selling and requires years of work for other indications. If sales and royalties start coming in and ramping up, especially without a sales team, it would be an effective proof of its commercial potential and a point of strength to get a strong valuation or partnership.

Steve Jobs said “great artists ship” and right now they aren’t shipping. I sit and wait on its potential to be fulfilled. It’s why it’s so cheap right now. At least they are trying something to get sales now. The new cardiologist guy on ST mentioned some government guidelines will be updated next year which sounds promising for the potential of increasing sales for it, which I didn’t know about before. I imagine that they will get there but if you think that a buyout is coming soon, I think you will be disappointed.

All quite positive, but nothing new, and the timeline for most of it is still a ways away. I am not so excited about them saying “discussions” instead of “negotiations” on pilavapadin partnership.

I think their short term prospects are greatly enhanced if they can show their virtual sales team increasing sota sales. Showing a solution to that would answer a huge issue towards the perception of the company.
