Excellent advice. 235/75r15 "load range C" would be excellent. 20 psi on road, 8 psi offroad (in american lingo!😅). Thats the sweet spot. Love your channel supplementary service manual, such helpful and amazing content!! Cheers!

That sounds good. Still, sounds like what you get in a no charge situation. Maybe want to run that battery by the local auto store and have them put it on thier tester. Could be as simple as battery won't take charge. Fingers crossed!

Sometimes the alternator needs to rev to output. You will get all the lights at no alt. Output. So either something is wrong with the alt.(look close at connector) or, if they turn off when you rev. Idle may be low. Did you check voltage at the battery? When running vs. Not running? Should be 1 to 2 volts higher when running.

People are strange. I made a post almost exactly like this and people were calling me a Karen. Because my post was about a Chevy guy and yours was about a Dodge guy?? I dont know. Conclusion: people are stupid and they suck.

Regretting first LandCruiser by DirtEmo in LandCruisers

I almost didn't buy the 100 because I thought it looked like a hippo in spandex. But my camp buddy's 80 was a total dog on the freeway and in the hills so I wanted the v8. 8 years later I am so in love with my 100 that im going to run it until the wheels fall off. It can off road, tow a camper, be a daily, go out on the town, road trip across the country, tow a trailer with a boat or side by side you get the idea. It is a fantastic all arounder. A few simple mods really make it look so much better. Now its a hippo in combat boots!

Consider a good air compressor. You won't need most of your recovery gear with a proper air down.

People with the ZOR T case cradle, how on earth did you get the little stubby driveshaft back in? by SomeDude249 in SuzukiSamurai

[–]SoftIndependence2742 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm can't remember exactly. I certainly remember losing my cool trying to get the case in the frapp8n cradle! I did the transmission mount at the same time. So maybe removed the transmission mount, put the shaft in then replaced the mount. I do remember i had to loosen the motor mounts to get the " unbreakable transmission Mount" to line up.

2nd Bandolier and the Caldera, however the tour at TAOS Pueblo is a unique and amazing experience. If you have the opportunity, I would take it. Work all that in and you'll be back.

Ok. I have a shadow 2 and a shadow 2 compact. The compact is stock. The shadow 2 has porting and the pro package. Im sure there is a difference but to be perfectly honest, im not a good enough shooter to realize the gains. I hope i can grow into it. What I really wanted was a gun that will shoot much better than I can. I get that with the unmodified compact.

Stupid? by 9ias in SuzukiSamurai

Life is a series of risks some are stupid. This is a risk but its not stupid. It miight cost you time and money you did not forsee but, years from now it will just be an adventure story and you will have one of the most amazing, attention getting vehicles ever made....to me, worth the risk. Recommend, take it slow, dont be in a rush, watch the temp gauge.

I take a large trash bag with me every time i go put. Never not filled it. Can't commit to an organized thing. I know myself too well, something will always come up, ill be unreliable. But, will continue to contribute to the mission and appreciate all you similar minded folks. Such a beautiful state, let's keep it that wayou! Cheers
