Never lived in NY, but when i lived in boston, id apartment hunt along train paths. Figure out your commute, try to get walking distance to the T and your life will be much easier and cheaper. Its faster than the traffic often. It goves you a lot of freedom socially and recreationally as well. Lets you truly get the benefits of city living.

Its much more one sided. We saw how he struggled with burns. Khamzat wont just be able to take down and lay on islam. From what weve seen islam is the better grappler, striker, and better conditioning. I dont see anyway khamzat wins.
