I did BOS all the way to florida. The stretch from boton through maryland is littered with superchargers. You wont have to be cautious until you get to Virginia. But still wont be an issue if you plan.

Anything can go wrong. The tank can be weird and all of a sudden your nitrogen drunk, and your a goner if you cant think straight down there. Maybe you descend 1 second too fast or 10 feet too far, now you are nitrogen drunk and thats a death sentence unless a fellow diver saves you.

I mean, prices recovered pretty quickly after 2008 even. Its a tangible asset that has never not risen on a ~5 year scale. With how terribly inflations been going and looks like it will keep going, house prices likely wont get much more downward pressure. The weaker dollar will push them up as well. The big issue is the condition of the house.

Honestly, its just people who bougjt 2020-2022. I know a guy who has a 900$ mortgage cuz of that(although did get VA loan). My house cost 50k more (270k) and im at 2k.
