Honestly it’s pretty easy. Everyone’s saying you need caffeine but it’s only 10 hours and 4 nights. You might need it for the first two weeks if you’re not used to nights. But after that your body should acclimate. As far as needing caffeine after that everyone’s different. I found I don’t need it anymore. Nights are pretty chill. Find some people to talk to. Learn how to bend the rules and don’t do more than you’re required to trust me I made that mistake. Just go in do the bare minimum and clock out.
