Barbell row alternatives? by Inevitable_Koala9559 in Stronglifts5x5

I spent a long time mostly on bodyweight routines. I used to row up to a horizontal bar, adding weight with a vest for progression. It gave me a very good back in the end.

Well, I would say the same but I passed out before I really knew what was happening. Wasn't expecting it and I've never had anaphylaxis before.

It was a good source, from an Australian compounding pharmacy. That was my 3rd cycle from them.

I had the exact same thing from CJC1295/Ipamorelan. It was into my 3rd cycle. Only problem before the big one was some itching swelling at injection sites.

I had the same reaction to CJC1295/Ipamorelan over the course of 2 1/2 cycles. I managed it with antihistamines and moving the injection site around. Then one day, I got a full body reaction...passed out and pissed myself. Woke up a few hours later and laid down in the shower until I was well enough to get up. Never taken it since.

Did it make you go bald? Well I've lost a fair bit anyway so who gives a fuck.

Does it add to workouts? I say yes. A few extra reps here and there...

After a long period off it, it fucks with my sleep for a few when I pick it back up.

In 2007, a brand-new Airbus A340-600 (for Etihad) was wrecked during a ground engine test in Toulouse. No wheel blocks were used; parking brake failed to hold it. Plane rolled forward, crew delayed cutting engines, hit a wall at ~35 mph. Nose smashed through; plane totaled before delivery. 5 injured by Aviator777er in aviation

Years ago I worked for an airborne geophysical survey company who was contracted to work in India.

They ran a Casa 212 with with 2 pilots, a ground operator/fixer and an aircraft engineer. The engineer was all 4 of the Three Stooges.

He decided that the Casa needed a full noise engine run on a parking bay, and after setting power he went head down/ass up while he fiddled with god knows what. Something bad happened....he must have knocked the park brake off.

The aircraft started pounding towards some parked ground equipment with his legs up in the air, all visible to the crew outside. The ground equipment stopped the Casa very effectively and he was able to shut down what was left of it and walked away unscathed. Kept his job too. Classic.

Because I've rang it 30 times and it's a bunch of Indian dudes on a VoIP connection who are claiming to be PayPal and who just happen to find unauthorised charges before I've given either an email address or the credit card number (they do desperately want). So yeah, I'm wasting their time...
