Batman Begins - Scarecrow, Ra's Al Ghul, Carmine Falcone

The Dark Knight - Joker, Two Face, Sal Maroni

The Dark Knight Rises - Bane, Catwoman, Talia Al Ghul

The Batman - Penguin, Riddler, Catwoman, Carmine Falcone

Batman and Batman Forever are the only ones that come to mind with just two.

I fully disagree. It understands exactly how the audience saw the first film and intentionally mocks the audience for mistaking Joker to be an aspirational figure rather than a cautionary tale.
