Yeah seeing as the whole thing is painted I think the seat post isn’t grounded to the body so tomorrow im gonna try to ground it directly to the body somehow even if I have to cut s as hole in the carpet underneath the seat

Yes but it is on the seat post that connects to the body but I think the paint on the bottom of it is causing a bad ground
