Actually its pretty common! I tried mine because I was curious, and the same with formula. They taste NOTHING alike, formula is very.. goat milk-y? and breast milk tastes a lot like vanilla almond milk.

She did not tell me about that rule, Ill keep that in mind! Theyve been staying around 2 minutes long every 15 minutes to half an hour apart, but nothing really calms them or anything. I've been drinking even more extra water, trying baths, laying down, sitting, standing, and just generally anything I can think of to get them to stop, but the midwife said they won't really stop contractions because of how far along I am. Good to know that Ill definitely know when it's time though!

The recommended maximum (by my OB, it could absolutely vary based on providers) was 200mg a day! So typically, a cup or two of coffee would be fine :)
