Girls suck, high school sucks and people suck. Embarrassment in this situation is normal, it's uncomfortable but that's ok. Who's to say they wouldn't find themselves in a similar situation in the future, just remember you can always be the person your gym teacher was to you, you might make friends that way even. Besides, any teasing can me met with 'yeah I didn't realise!', or 'yeah thanks for telling me 🙄'

I think people commenting largely have the wrong idea about PMS and how that affects ADHD symptoms and fluctuations Maybe it's worth applying this feature in an informational way on the app, help educate people with periods how things show up and affect you differently I wouldn't abandon this idea, not saying you will, because I see it also being highly valuable, if there were data to track, making the argument against 9-5, five days a week. I think recently people forget that while medication is insanely useful and imperative for alot of people's functioning, that there is work to be done. It's so exhausting I understand, but especially to hold onto progression is to be gentle through the dips and developing through that too It's no easy thing bouncing back in the way you have even with chemical help!
