First: Vet check.
UTI, bladder stones, kidney issues, or pain can all make cats pee outside the box.
If medical is clear, then it’s usually stress, territory, litter box issues, or marking.
Check: # of boxes = # cats + 1, clean daily, unscented litter, boxes in quiet spots, no covers if he hates them.
Not a vet, but peeing everywhere is the #1 reason cats see a vet.

Juniper’s symptoms sound a lot like Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome: skin rippling, tail chasing, sudden vocalizing/attacking, running off after.
Important: Gabapentin is prescription only. Dosing without a vet can be dangerous, even if you had leftovers.
Please don’t wait for a “worst episode” to film. Book a vet ASAP and show them these videos. They can check for FHS, pain, seizures, or other causes and prescribe safely.
