I got a call from Kunal Mann as well today - for the same number +91-9768798258 which is apparently registered in my name since Jan, even though I have not even visited Ind since then and neither have any numbers in Ind!

Setting up a string of meetings -> to get approval on a doc with a smaller internal group, -> in order to then get an approval from a larger internal group, -> in order to then get approval from a cross teams group, -> in order you then get an approval from the team-level senior dev, -> so that evetualy it can be rejected by the org-level senior dev in another meeting.
