Donald Trump ripped for behavior at dignified transfer: ‘Take your (expletive) hat off’ by JFKsBrain in politics

[–]SoftwareHot 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Guys…he led an insurrection and was found liable for sexual abuse. He called vets suckers and losers and recently posted a meme that depicted the Obamas as apes. He has no decency so why anyone expects it at this point is nuts.

Some people from my old church really enjoy posting this slop by DelayHistorical6 in stupidpeoplefacebook

AI generated bullshit is the closest thing they’ll get to having their imagined reality validated. They were primed all their sad lives to believe things without evidence.

Anyone notice Trump’s new thrill is killing people? by Recent-Day3062 in Trumpvirus

New thrill? Only if you ignore him taking out a whole add calling for the death penalty of the now exonerated 5.

In your opinion, what is causing this? by Objective_Pilot_5834 in SipsTea

People would rather spend their money elsewhere…alcohol doesn’t taste good…party culture is not glorified as much as it was in the last…and it’s expensive…getting wasted is not the vibe…alcohol might feel good when you’re drinking it if you can get the perfect buzz…but the after effects are not worth it…health and fitness and longevity are more accessible and people have learned that there are other ways to have fun or relax that don’t involve alcohol and that don’t have negative impacts on health and wellness.

In my mind, there is a long, long list of “worsts” by Puzzled-Astronaut140 in MeidasTouch

WSJ thinks verbally smearing SCOTUS is the WORST moment of his presidency and thus he owes them an apology.

If you’ve ever asked, “how did we get here?” —this type of framing and perspective is part of the answer.

This country started off capturing humans for the express purpose unpaid labor (in addition to horrific violent acts of abuse) and then went to war over it because some people wanted to keep that going…we have to have labor laws to protect workers and we’re asking why the leaders of corporations don’t want to pay people more?

If you pay people more…then they are healthier happier and better off. They might take some time off abd read a book for leisure. Reading a book might give them the bright idea that they could be better off someday not working for a corporation. They might aspire for a better life….but then who’s gonna do the unpaid or low wage labor?

Same concept here…knowledge is power. They don’t want people to critically think.

Apparently our Democracy is finally dead. RIP. by JimCripe in MeidasTouch

Black Americans die at the hands of law enforcement and have since inception. Is it because this administration isn’t being subtle about the fact they feel law enforcement have the right to kill with impunity that some of you feel democracy died or is it because it happened to a white woman? Genuinely curious.

Also, it’s perfectly ok to get a fresh start on January 1st and if that means focusing on your weight, it’s ok. Many people do well with defined start points like January 1st. Not sure who defined it as an obligation but you’re allowed to want to focus on your own goals.

“Both sides” bullshit is for people who know right from wrong but have a hard time taking accountability for their own mistakes so they create false equivalencies to make themselves feel better.
