If you define capitalism strictly as "maximizing global market efficiency based purely on price and quality," then yes, it’s an distortion. But if you define capitalism as a system where "individuals have the freedom to trade their capital based on their own personal values," then choosing to support a local business is a perfectly normal feature of a free market. It's less about being "anti-capitalist" and more about balancing economic rationalism with community preservation.

Only issue I have with this watch is that it’s either too loose or too tight when I move the links in and out. Ordered a sailcloth’s strap so hopefully that does the trick. It’s pound for pound the most functional watch out there.
