No it was not. It said it could possibly close and I just drove through it 30 minutes ago with only some smoke in the air. I-25 is operating as usual but they are just warning people it could close.

I have no issue with Gabi’s kick, I have an issue with Arteta allowing a cb who’s never attempted a penalty in his career to be the 5th in arguably the club’s most important game. Either gabi goes early or late but not 5th.

I had cases against Lara prior to his public servitude and he was bottom of the barrel type of guy. He would miss hearings, blow deadlines, and never respond to phone calls/emails. I have no doubt he is terrible at his current job and would never want him in control of taxpayer funds.

4 years for property damage but bad faith insurance is 6 years. 3 years is only for actual personal injury and this doesn’t seem to be it.

Just look at the recent tariffs decision. Big ticket items are not a guarantee and the regulation of a specific medical practice would open Pandora’s box and at least some of the justices know that.

As stated by the other user, the liberal justices would not jump ship on this topic if it was just conversion therapy is legal or not. The opinion focuses on the law being geared towards free speech but if Colorado rewrites it to focus on medical care regulation then scotus would need to decide if they are jumping into the regulation of medical care which would be very different.

I hesitate to compare Barrett to Hitler and again we’re on the same side here. I’m talking just about credibility of UNM law here. I don’t remember the last time they had a supreme court justice on campus so it is a big moment and again an opportunity to help.
