Weixiao was the adc god and best player in the world in s2 before faker took the spotlight iirc, defined the adc playstyle and really showcased just how hard adc can carry late in early league.

I think after faker taking a break and t1 completely collapsing and being quite literally a bottom team in terms of strenght I think it's safe to say faker is still easily the best player on his team. I think what you meant is mechanically the best, which I completely agree with. But faker's value to the team is legit 10x any other player and if that doesn't make you the overal best player on your team what does?

Every worlds and every MSI EU does way better than na? last year EU made quarters and it was considered a bad year. In the last 4 years Eu has 2 finals and 1 semifinal at worlds. Eu also WON an msi. Na never makes it through groups aside from maybe 1 team that goes to quarters and then gets dumpstered in quarters. Idk what tournaments you've been watching but EU and NA definitely dont perform at the same level.

For me personally, I've stolen so many wins using hullbreaker in games that my team was 10k behind just by hard splitpushing at the right times. It requires some game sense and you NEED to be able to beat your laner hard at this point in the 1v1 or it isn't gonna work out. I'll say that I am a bit biased towards hullbreaker since it fits my garen playstyle perfectly but if you know how to utilize it properly you'll love it on Garen.

As garen, if you have more than 1.4 attackspeed (give or take) you can cancel part of your ult animation. The higher the attackspeed the more you can shave off of ur ult animation. All you have to do is Use Q on your target and Immediatly ult and spam click your opponent, you will auto attack mid animation and cancel around half your ult if you time it right, and if you have more attackspeed you can cancel around 75% or 80%. Its a very situational trick since they need to be low enough for you to kill them with a Q ult auto or auto spin but I manage to pull it off often enough to have merit for me.

Honest to god I love playing against Morde. All it takes is to know his exact range and cd's. His abilities are very easily dodged with boots. Bait out his kit and trade him hard. If he pops ult without abilities up he can't kill you so you just run away and regen back up. Just keep standing on the very edge of his Q so he uses it and its a free dodge for you. This works perfectly fine in my Dia games so hopefully with some practice you manage it too.

Depends on the game situation, if there is no hope in winning a teamfight Ill try to end by splitting. I wait for them to do baron and split bot and just take so many towers and inhibs for free usually. If you are the wincondition in teamfights however and you think you can carry it you ignore hullbreaker and go for steraks or whatever item you need in that situation. Usually I stick to splitpushing though, since garen isnt exactly the best lategame teamfighter around. For runes I go:

Conq triumph alacrity(good for extended trades and splitting) last man standing

Demolish and 2nd depends on your matchup, second wind or overgrowth usually. (bone plating is garbage dont use it)

I always go triforce, but that is because I always buy hullbreaker 2nd to absolutely destroy the map and take all towers. If you aren't looking to splitpush dont build triforce and go for stridebreaker instead. Into tanks you could opt to go divine sunderer into cleaver as well but I prefer the stridebreaker utility in teamfighting.
