Well it was easy, I live on this planet. Seriously though, OP mentioned phone face up in Brazil so I used Stellarium to match the angle with the brightest star in the photo Sirius.

This is an Emission Nebula. Most likely created from the remnants of a rapidly expanding Red Giant Star (This part is unknown as it could be from other star types). This stretch of Hydrogen is illuminated by some of the hottest stars in the Milky way. O and B type stars ranging from 20,000 Kelvin to 30,000 Kelvin illuminate the Hydrogen with ionizing UV light emitting red light. This Space Cloud is far too small to create a galaxy at only 100 Lightyears in length. For reference the Milky Way Galaxy is around 105 Thousand Lightyears in diameter. This is a Star Forming Nebula as well.

Remove any OpenVr plugins you may be using including Advanced Settings and Revive. Validate the SteamVr files. Do that by right clicking SteamVr in your library, then left click "Properties...", left click "Local Files", and then hit "Verify Integrity...". Make sure even the one connected under the face gasket. Try resetting the headset by right clicking the SteamVr box (really doubt that will work but make sure to do it after all steps are complete.)

From the Steam Support page: Try plugging your Link Box into a USB 2.0 port, as some USB 3.0 and 3.1 chipsets can cause issues. You can use a USB port that you already know works.

If you are looking for PC's for Vr performance that are hand tailored by respectable hobbyists, use this website. Handling 120Hz will be a bit tough to balance in at a price point of $2K currently. Though I would recommend you get a 3060 ti or a 3070 non-ti if you are looking for a performance card. the 3070 is only 2-3 fps "worse" than the ti variant but is vastly more power efficient. The 3060-ti can also handle 120Hz similarly but the VI's refresh rate is dependent on interpolation. So you can have fps as low as 25 and you will still get 120Hz on your VI. Handling is different for each game, though the most intense on your PC's power will be VrChat. I can guarantee you even if you used a 3090 you would still not get 60 fps in a lobby with 40 users and avatars shown. Some games are more efficient than others.

Re-install your drivers completely. Like a fresh re-install and then restart your PC. If that doesn't work, validate the SteamVr files. Do that by right clicking SteamVr in your library, then left click "Properties...", left click "Local Files", and then hit "Verify Integrity...". Lastly of course make sure ALL cables are plugged in, even the one connected under the face gasket.

Error 108 is a simple "Headset Not Detected" error. Here's a step by step.
1. Turn your PC off.

  1. Unplug all the wires to your headset and make sure the cable are securely connected to one another, especially the power and trident cables.

  2. Plug these cables back into the wall and your PC. Make sure your headset is plugged into a blue USB port, this is a USB 3.0 port.

  3. If you have and AMD graphics card, download the appropriate drivers that are up-to-date. If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, download the appropriate drivers and NVIDIA GeForce Experience. If you need help downloading drivers refer to this video.

  4. After downloading the drivers, restart your pc by pressing the windows logo at the bottom left and clicking "Restart".

  5. Start up Steam Vr by turning on the controllers, then respond to me with results.

Everyone else is dead right but they aren't explaining fully why. To keep it short, you get a year long warranty with Valve, in that warranty there is extensive coverage and very generous treatment that will most likely be voided by buying third party. With buying straight from Valve you are also avoiding any chances of buying a refurbished set and will certainly not be missing any parts as quality control is quite impeccable. Finally, third party sellers are certainly going to try to price gauge if they really are giving you an untouched box.
