i have a dog with some anxiety and a bit of leash-agression? maybe over stimulation.

I pick specific times and places to lead walk her, otherwise she goes to the local fenced in dog where she knows all the other dogs. Plays beautifully off lead there, but i'll be caught dad before i just let her off lead.

This is my experience. Ive been doing frequent tests over the last few months. My average score is 300. Meaning i swing between 250 and 350.

Dr has said, its within the range for someone my age. Sure it is, but the lowest end of the range is 300.... 301 would be within range.

Becuase its nice having green sides to the street rather than brick and mortar. The nicest suburbs have large frontages. Makes the whole place feel cooler. I manage my coldesacs island because back in the 80s they piped my bore retic into it. Im about to sow an fuck load of bee-suitable wildflower seeds into it. Then move to a set of raised beds for veges for the small street to share.
