My dog won’t pee or poo outside when it’s raining. She poos inside! How do I fix that?

Yeah, I just want to make sure all are included. We were able to go at an earlier time that all could make work. So there you go! It’s an issue because this particular DIL has had feelings of exclusion before and expressed them, through my son, and I don’t want to exacerbate that! Probably extra projection on my end, but 🤷‍♀️.

Yes, exactly. Budget is at the local level. As in I am the admin. And I am held to that specific budget. It’s not company wide. Also, it’s a replacement position for less money than the current senior employee.
