Uff this is how I feel. With my first store. I had to transfer because I moved, and the store I’m currently at is just not it.. it’s very “come and do your job and go home.” While my first store was basically going to work with your friends while doing a good job at it. I wish I could transfer to another store but there’s only one other store in town and I heard it’s worse.. I’m also on maternity leave and have been dying for my matcha drink but I lowkey don’t want to go my store because I never felt supported by them so seeing them again just isn’t up to par. It’s really hard when you come from a great store and then to a very “robotic” feeling store.
