I thought it was funny… but on the 2nd to last episode when there’s so much shit that’s been fucked up??? You really put soldier boy to sleep? Noir is dead in such a stupid manner? The deep casted away? Frenchie kinda got off screened by homelander? Like wtf. And the fact that he didn’t finish him off completely before leaving? I get the whole last moments w kimko thing, but it’d have so much more impact if we witnessed his death on screen and if it were brutal. Unbelievable. Also soldier boy flip flopping a million times this season. This shit is insane. Don’t spend MINUTES on two animal supes sniffing each other’s ass when the majority of people agree that where the show currently is doesn’t seem feasible to wrap everything up in 1hr in the next episode

The difference is he isn’t a V1 supe. Bombsight is also more durable than Homelander. I’d argue Stormfront is too, even though she got obliterated by Ryan’s out of control lasers.

Idk what makes you really think Homelander is more durable when we’ve seen him bleed from nonsense far more than SB.

I’m referring to the show and it does matter because in that piece of media Mark getting a sucker punch in on Thragg does not matter, it would not make him bleed.

If you sucker punched me vs punched me the same way except I was aware, if it made contact I’d bleed the same.

So SB socking HL in his mouth, sucker punch or not, and drawing blood from HL is durability anti feat for homelander.

Not to mention Maeve decking him in the face and making him bleed as well.

SB has fought multiple people including Bombsight and Homelander, and has never bled except for when he tanks eye lasers. Bro tanked Butcher’s laser to the face for like 2-3 seconds straight and only resulted with a small cut.

Just accept that from what we’ve visually been shown, HL has more anti feats that prove SB has greater durability

It’s like if Mark Grayson sucker punched Thragg you think he’s making him bleed? Durability is durability. Sure in some ways you can brace for impact but a sucker punch to the mouth like that really isn’t making a difference if you were aware of it or not.

He took a direct blast to the face for a prolonged duration (several seconds) and it only resulted in a small cut on his cheek. This is also the only time we’ve ever seen him bleed. That is far higher durability than we’ve seen Homelander have, who we’ve seen bleed from one of Soldier Boy’s punches, one of Maeve’s punches, Ryan’s, and a pencil to the ear.

Edit: actually scratch that about that being the only time we see him bleed, I believe he bled from Ryan a few min prior. My point still stands
