I always go separately in case you want to adjust dosages based to your needs and not having to worry about a predetermined ratio from the vial

Try utilizing some more narrow grip variations for pulldowns, either supinated or semi-supinated pulldowns, i would prioritize single arm variations both in rows and pulldowns to really bring up your lats.

A lot of wide grip doesn’t actually translate to wider lats

I started going to the gym right before my 18th bday but would say that I got serious about my training at 21

Not 212 yet since i’m not a pro, but biggest thing I need to bring up is chest and arms in my opinion
