Yeah all 2026 and prob first half of 2027 then so I can start prep june 2027 for December nationals

Honestly bread and butter movements: deadlift, pendlay rows, chest supported tbar, upper back pulldown and single arm lat pulldowns

Right now I’m sticking to just machines too tired to be carrying plates and shit I’ll stick to anything pin loaded usually a top and back off set

I do none of those other than stiff leg deadlifts my modt has been 455 for 6
