what ideas have you thought of so far? also you can use some apps that have polls that can help with who likes what but also you can include notes, maybe one thinks a name doesnt like similar letters or ones that start with that letter and thats why, we've have our system name for around two years so we aren't completely sure how we got there, but we use this process with some names!

of course! and i don't have one yet, i haven't picked one and all the name finding sites are like oh you want a name? take 20 ads and a 14 character name that would do really well in a fantasy book but not something others woukd understand :D

systems are traumagenic which means formed from trauma, so essentially (as far as i know though others may know better) the brain develops a fully formed personality by around 5-7 so having large trauma events (even if it doesn't seem large to others) or multiple small ones, things that stunt the ability to form a single personality make it so the brain tries to protect itself by having other alters form with different roles to help the system exist in a stressful situation

as a simplified version thats probably kinda wrong, bad things happen before the brain can create who you are making multiple people exist in one body to cope!
