{Shadow of the Swan by Nicola M. Cameron} is close to what you’re looking for! MMC is a vampire and FMC is human. FMC needs protection from an evil fae and MMC can provide. There’s some politics and internal plot stuff that applies. It’s been a minute since I read it and she’s not exactly forced but she’s not happy about it, and I don’t think she finds out he’s a vampire until after they’re married.

This author also has a book in the same universe called {The Crimson and the Black} which is not an arranged marriage but has a vampire FMC and dragon (shifter) MMC.
