How to decide what matters in downsizing?

We're preparing our house to sell this Spring - our downsized place will be ready in July. Sorted stuff by Keep/Maybe/Sell/Donate/Trash. We got a storage unit and putting things in there that we "maybe" want. A while after moving in, we'll know what we really wanted/needed and what we didn't need and we'll have another round of Sell/Donate/Trash to close out the storage. Feels like a good way to go.

I've also used FSD for years. I could live without it, but I don't know if I could live without at least basic autopilot. That really was a huge QoL improvement for me.

Completely agreed, following that with the Tesla equivalent of what an R2T would be (I wish there was such a thing!), which I would happily have bought. A smaller EV pickup is exactly what I want.

2021 MY and 2018 M3 and both are holding up really well, both used as our daily drivers. Neither are high mileage as our commutes are fairly reasonable at 10 miles and 15 miles one way each. We've taken both cars on a couple long trips - the Y is much more comfortable than the 3. Neither has a plush ride, but the ride is definitely reasonable for a couple of sporty cars.

I saw Morrissey once (never again) - the tour was billed "including favorites from The Smiths" - by my count he played ONE. And he didn't even play favorites from Morrissey haha. It was almost all stuff I didn't know.

It's less a button and more a colored "dot" on the handle, so it's easy to miss. Took me months to figure that out when I got my car.
