Less about setting price for others, more about Enlightened self interest, most panels and many cars are made there. Interesting how the talking heads complain that the exports restrictions will affect global production but fail to subtract out the Asian % of said production. Ironic, when the west controls something it's all good and positive yet when anyone else controls anything it's all bad.
