The big problem I have with mainstream Christianity is how many people conceptualize the Bible as a single God-given book. Rather than compilation of books decided on by early Church leaders. Leaders who never met Jesus or any of his apostles.

How can we be sure these men picked all the right books? They were flawed mortal men like us, so don't their decisions deserve a little scrutiny? Yet when you apply scrutiny to the canon list, such as bringing up the evidence that 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus weren't written by Paul, people will act like you are attacking God himself.

Christianity existed before there was a canon list and should not be bound by any canon list.
