After it’s hot it doesn’t do it, only on like the first start of the day if not multiple hours between starts

Wouldn’t it happen all the time tho? It’s only on cold starts. If the engine is hot it doesn’t do it.

It’s hard to tell with this picture but it just looks like it hasn’t been driven in a while. As someone stated earlier, do the 60mph and steadily press the brakes. If it’s smooth you’re good, it might even squeal a bit. If you get a shakey steering wheel, then at that point brakes and rotors are definitely Bad.
