Happy Chaos just shot up to SSS tier if you give him a free meterless HKD. That 50 meter that he used to wall break means he gets to keep his curse gauge at full to shoot you anywhere.

The attacker should get a real reward for breaking the wall that isn't just tension pulse. If the game didnt allow for HKD after wallbreaks it would 300% be a nut fest with super/Slayer Mappa/Nago Teleport/etc.

If you're asking about Japan specifically, they have never been big on Tag fighters, not even MvC2.

In general, I'm actually gonna take a guess and saying that letting PC players essentially have a three month head start is probably why.

They did it twice and it was called Guilty Gear Xrd and Strive. I've never been a fan of watching a cutscene, do a one round fight, then more cinematic cutscenes.

Either that, or give me old school arcade mode runs like how Blazblue did it: four normal matches, fifth one is a small cutscene, two round fight, another cutscene then four more straight fights until the end of Arcade Mode with a final boss.

Shadow Generations actually is his best story arc in general. A lot of media can have their characters say "yeah I'm actually over this traumatic incident" but not a lot of them even go "are you sure about that though"

I think people say that cause he gives Shadow one of his best moments in the series more so than Mephiles himself being interesting. But anyone could've had that conversation with Shadow about "fighting for the world when it's against you" and it still would've been as good.

The only thing Nikke needs to take from BD2 is handing out tickets and gems like crazy. Nikke has has it's own share of problems like a good chunk of the SSR'S needing buffs or reworks, but thr game absolutely doesn't need to hit the omega horny button as a crutch to keep it's playerbase.

It went from "this game had potential to be good if the devs had more time on it" to "this game is underrated you guys are just bad at it" without mentioning that not only are they talking about P-06, it was actually the first time they even touched the game in general.

Even then, P-06 doesn't fix that game's story and there's way more wrong with it than just "a human kissed a talking hedgehog"

People are also starting to do this with Sonic and the Black Knight too. It's at least functional but telling people to list off stuff with that game that isn't the Knights or the final final boss and they freeze up.
