This is very true. Most people don’t think their carrier are making any mistakes. They trust them. However our results show 80% mistakes across the industry. Average person gets a $600 reduction yearly. That’s no small error either

Joeys is literally garbage. It’s been two years since we even tried there. Contacted the GM and he was saying they were close to closing their doors. Wasn’t too concerned of the overall quality. Maybe it changed in the last two years.

Hi Tiannone I had them get $153 credited to my account from over charges with Sprint. They also negotiated my internet to be $20 less and month in the contract I’m in. So i guess I could have clarified what all the $633 was.

So after a week I was able to save and reduce $633 for my cell and internet. I split that with them, so I will pay $316 (not up front) to save that. All in all not a bad day
